You’re Invited: Join Us for a Memory and Personal Care Open House This July!

by | Jul 7, 2026 | Community News & Events

If you’ve been wondering whether Tree of Life Personal & Memory Care is the right fit for your parent or loved one, we want to make that decision a little easier. Our memory and personal care open house, part of our “Want to Know Wednesday” drop-in series, is your chance to walk through our community, meet the people who provide care every day, and get your questions answered in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.

Mark your calendar: Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Both of our Hanover locations will be open for drop-in visits, and you’re welcome to stop in anytime during that window.

What to Expect at Our Memory and Personal Care Open House

There’s no agenda and no formal presentation. This is simply an open door. Come as you are, stay as long as you’d like, and leave with a clearer picture of what care at Tree of Life looks and feels like.

Here’s what you’ll find when you arrive:

  • Meet our team. The caregivers, staff, and leaders who make this community what it is will be there to greet you, answer your questions, and give you a real sense of what daily life looks like for our residents.
  • Tour our community. Walk the halls, see the common areas, and experience the environment firsthand. There’s no substitute for seeing it yourself.
  • See our trolley. Yes, we have a trolley, and it’s one of the things that makes life here a little more special.
  • Enjoy light refreshments. Sit down, take your time, and let us answer your questions without any rush.

If you’re also exploring career opportunities in senior care, you’re welcome to stop in to learn about open positions.

Visit Either Location

Both of our Hanover locations will be open at the same time so that you can visit one or both during the event.

Tree of Life Personal & Memory Care (Railroad Street)
236 N Railroad Street, Hanover, PA 17331

Tree of Life Memory Care (Grandview Road)
3101 Grandview Road, Hanover, PA 17331

Each location carries the same commitment to compassionate, faith-driven care rooted in dignity, community, and transparency.

Big News: Memory Care Is Now at Our Railroad Street Location

We’re proud to share that our Railroad Street location now offers both personal care and secured memory care services. This is a meaningful expansion for our community, and it means families in the Hanover area have access to two levels of care at a single, trusted address.

Our secured memory care environment is designed specifically for residents living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. It provides structured daily routines, a safe and supportive setting, and caregivers trained to meet each resident’s unique needs, all within the same warm community that defines everything we do here.

If you’re not sure yet what level of care your parent needs, the open house is a great opportunity to speak with our team directly. We’ll walk you through both options and help you understand what fits best for your family’s situation.

Why Come See It in Person?

Reading about a care community only goes so far. When you’re making a decision like this for someone you love, you deserve to see it with your own eyes and ask the questions that matter most to you.

At the open house, you’ll be able to:

  • Speak directly with caregivers about daily routines and staffing
  • See firsthand how residents are treated with dignity and respect
  • Learn about our all-inclusive pricing model, with one flat monthly rate and no hidden fees
  • Understand what sets Tree of Life Personal & Memory Care apart from other options in the area

Our community offers a range of amenities, including nutritious catered meals, on-site activities and enrichment, pampering services such as haircuts and nail care, and transportation for residents. As a proud member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce, we’re committed to being a trusted resource for families across Hanover, York, Lancaster, and surrounding areas.

Come See What Our Community Offers!

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you visit. Families at every stage of the process stop in; some are just beginning to research, others are ready to take the next step. Either way, you’re welcome here.

Our memory and personal care open house is a simple, welcoming way to explore your options, ask real questions, and see what compassionate senior care looks like in practice. We would love the chance to show you around and show you what our community offers.
