The Tree of Life Team
Administrative Office Coordinator
Aggie is originally from Bradford County Pennsylvania where she started her career in Administrative work back in High School, working in the school office over the summers. Aggie attended selected classes at Mansfield University in order to enhance her skills in customer service and administrative work.
After moving to Lancaster County in 1995, Aggie continued her affection for office work at several well-known local area businesses, such as Sight & Sound, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, and most recently at Scenic Ridge Construction Company.
Aggie has a desire to make a difference in the everyday lives of those she works with. Having a servant’s heart, no task is too menial for her as she assists with daily challenges, or with any concerns which may arise; even if it’s simply to put a smile on someone’s face.
Aggie, along with her husband, share three sons, and have a total of 7 grandchildren, whom she dearly loves spending time with.
Ben made his beginning serving those afflicted with substance use disorder in Lancaster County PA. Ben worked in various roles that covered a range of needs within a healthcare facility including, counseling, utilization management, intake coordination, and community planning.
During his learning process, Ben recognized the love for working with groups and communities. Throughout his time in the Drug and Alcohol field, he aspired to bring their community together in a meaningful and productive way. Ben helped to develop programs geared towards empowering the community to participate in everyday decision making. Ben hopes to encourage the same spirit for the residents and employees at Tree of Life.
“I am excited to embark on a new journey with Tree of Life. I believe the various roles I have undertaken have given me the skills to start this new position with confidence and gleeful anticipation. I can’t wait to see what we can ALL build together”
