About Buck

Since his childhood, Buck has had a passion for caring for others. He has dedicated the past 13 years to his successful real estate business. His many years of hard work and devotion to the Central Pennsylvania and Hanover area in various avenues will be an asset to the community and aging population.

He attributes his inspiration for choosing the name of the facility to his mother after receiving a message from her referencing Proverbs 13:12, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.”

Outside of his professional life he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, lending a helping hand, and always leaving a smile with everyone he meets.

Through his hard work, passion to care for others, and wealth of knowledge, he has made his dream a reality to provide quality care through Tree of Life Personal Care Home.

 Megan Clark

Megan Clark

Vice President of Operations

About Megan

Megan’s roots are well established in the Central PA area where she was born, cares for her family and searches for ways to improve the lives of others.

Megan began working for her family-based business in 2001, she then went on to earn her business degree in 2010. She has spent the past 10 years working for a large Central Pennsylvania hospital system. Much of that time was within a care management department. During the tenure with the hospital system, she assisted in developing the outpatient care management department, participated in committees for improvement and assisted countless patients to live their best lives.

Megan knows firsthand the importance of receiving quality, compassionate care for the aging population. In her community-based positions, she has walked beside many individuals and families to navigate the options for care available. She has advocated for those in need to provide reassurance, collaborative approaches, and peace of mind. She is dedicated to find the best fit for the needs of the individual. Driven by Person Centered Care, Megan takes pride in creating a home based, quality atmosphere at Tree of Life. She strives to provide excellent, personalized care to each and every resident.

In addition to her responsibilities at Tree of Life Personal Care Home she contributes to a local outreach service agency as a board member in the Columbia, PA area, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and being the biggest fan at the extracurricular activities of her children.
